Capturing Family Christmas Moments In Green Spaces (A Natural Light Study with Unicorn Lane Studios Creative)

Lately I’ve been teeter tottering on producing content because well… to give you honest truth: fear! For some time now, I’ve heard those around me give compliments on my work from vacations, events, and other moments. I’ve been burying the skill for so long: first was nervousness, second was not having it all figured out, and then it was there are better photographers out there (always will be). I worried what is the point when it seems like everyone is doing it? Is there space for my work?

All that to say; I’m going to keep moving forward. I’m working through what this looks like for not only for me personally and professionally. I will need to develop additional skills but for the moment I just want to produce what I am proud of. Thanks to a local portrait and event photographer Camille, Unicorn Lane Studios, for bringing me out of my comfort zone to produce work. Thank you to the client, Lanna, willing to let me jump in to her family portrait session. And of course, thank you to Tree Top Nursery for having a space available to snap a few photos! *
